项目介绍 Program Introduction：
基本学习期限为3年，修满学分，取得一定的科研成绩，完成博士学位论文，通过论文答辩，可获毕业证书和博士学位。学习方式为全日制，录取的博士研究生将按要求享受华为奖教金，全额资助。
Students are required to complete the curriculum in 3 years (in normal circumstances ), fulfill the designated number of credits, conduct research, complete the doctoral thesis and defend it in front of a panel of experts. Successful graduates will receive a graduation certificate with the doctoral degree, according to the regulation of the Degree Committee. This is a full time study program，and successful applicants could enjoy CQUPT-HUAWEI scholarship (full scholarship).
申请资格Application Prerequisites:
具有硕士学位，持外国护照的非中国籍公民，年龄不超过40岁, 身心健康。
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, have attained a master's degree，and under the age of 40, in good health.
申请方式 How to apply:
步骤Application Process:：
①登录重庆邮电大学留学生网上报名系统，填写申请表并提交;
Online application and submit application document
②留学生招生办公室按照要求，审核申请人资格
International office check and verify the submitted application documents
③合格材料转交相关导师，由导师审核申请人学术背景，确定复审名单;
Recheck and re-verified the application documents by the relevant supervisor
④留学生参加院系复审;
International students attend the final interview
⑤学校于5月31日前公布录取名单;
The university published the name of successful candidates before May 31
⑥留学生招生办公室于6月30日前寄发录取通知书、签证申请表等材料。
International office will send out admission notice,JW202 to successfully applicants before June 30
申请材料 Application Documents：
1、登录重庆邮电大学留学生网上报名系统（网址：http://cqupt.17gz.org/member/login.do）进行网上报名，报名成功后打印申请表，并将以下申请材料发送至admission@cqupt.edu.cn
Complete the online application procedure on the website http://cqupt.17gz.org/member/login.do and email the following application documents to admission@cqupt.edu.cn at the same time.
2、学历证明文件，须为中文或英文的原件或公证件；
注：应届毕业生在申请时提供预计毕业证明或在学证明，被录取后须补交学历证明文件方可获得录取资格。
Highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
3、毕业院校的正式成绩单，须为中文或英文的原件或公证件；

4、个人陈述（含研究计划和拟申请导师姓名），1500字左右 ，用中文或英文撰写；
A personal statement (including the research proposal and name of the supervisor , minimum of 1500 words must be in Chinese or English)
5、两封教授或副教授（或相当职位人员）的推荐信；
Two Recommendation Letters （written in Chinese or English）;
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
6、护照复印件，护照必须是有效的普通护照；
Copy of Valid Passport
7、语言（汉语或英语）考试成绩单复印件 （没有可不提供）；
A copy of your HSK results or any English proficiency certificate (if available)
8、已发表的学术文章目录及摘要，其他原创性工作成果（没有可不提供）。
Table of contents and abstracts of your academic publications and any other original achievement in your field (if available)

录取的博士研究生，将享受全额奖学金，具体奖学金内容及标准如下：
